Private Hours v3.05 - allows selected users
to logon during hours defined by the sysop.

Release 3.05
------------
This will probably be the last of the PRIVATE HOURS program I
will be releasing. I am currently busy with another project, a
QWK door for RemoteAccess systems.
You will also notice that the time lapse between 3.04 and 3.05
release is one year. Yes, I didn't do much on this thing. Merely
bug fixes etc.
Also, with this new version, I modified the structures slightly.
You will have to re-create the configuration file from scratch
(ie you have to delete the old PRIVATE.CFG and run the
PVTCFG.EXE to create a new one).
