The Offline Message Reader is a program which I developed using
Turbo Basic which will read a captured text file from a QuickBBS
board's message base and display the messages in it while
offline. There are options to Print and to Save Reply Text to a
file after each message is displayed.
This program may work on other boards, though I have not tried
it. It looks for the specific text header information that
preceeds each message, so as long as the header information is
configured the same it should work on any message base captured.
