The documentation for DoorBase isn't perfect, but it's all ASCII - nary a
printer code anywhere.
Header prints on line 4
Page number prints on line 62
Page length - 66
Left margin - 4 (a little skimply perhaps)
Right margin - 74 (also a little skimpy)
But, it should print up in usable form on any 80 (or greater) column printer
and still have room to use a three-hole punch on the left edge without
mutilating the docs.
