Brainex Registration Agreement
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Registration of Brainex Doors entitles you to unlimited FREE future
upgrades. Free upgrades will be in the form of ZIP files, which may
be downloaded from the Brainex System BBS. You will be entitled to
upgrades ONLY if both pages of this form are signed and received
by the Brainex System at the address listed below. If you wish to
receive upgrades by mail, there will be a charge of $5.00 per upgrade
sent to cover the cost of the disk and shipping.

Brainex Doors require the use of the Door Manager. There is a one
time registration fee of $10 for the Door Manager. When you register,
you'll also receive ONE YEAR SYSOP ACCESS to The Brainex System.
Access may be renewed at a rate of $10 per year.

To obtain a REGISTRATION NUMBER for a Brainex Door, please fill
out the order form below, sign it, then mail it, along with a check,
money order, or credit card number to the address below. You will be
mailed the registration number.

To order online by Credit Card, call Brainex at 310-275-2344
or 310-273-5234 then type ORDER at the Main Prompt!

If you wish to have your Registration number posted to you on
your BBS, or if you wish to be called by voice, please include an
extra $4.00, and you will be called you as soon as your order is
processed! If you are local to Los Angeles, you will be called at
no charge.

Brainex Doors are released "As Is" and there is *NO* warranty or
guarantee that they will work for you and not cause any problems.
You have chosen to use these doors, YOU are responsible for any
problems that may develop from its use or misuse. I can not be
held responsible for any problems you may have, whether directly or
indirectly due to the use of the door or its utilities or associated
files. Please be sure the program works for you before you register!

Prices as of 5/22/93. All Prices subject to change. By signing and
returning this order, you agree not to distribute any registration
numbers to any other individuals or companies. You agree to use
registered Brainex Doors only on the BBS indicated below only.
