I. From the Statutes Menu, you may do one of three things:

Display this Help screen
Select a statute to review
Go back to the Main Menu


To Display the Help Screen you are reading now:

Highlight the first item on the Statutes Menu, and
press the RETURN key. UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW move
up and down, respectively, in the help text. HOME
(or LEFT ARROW) moves to the beginning of the text.
END (or RIGHT ARROW) moves to the end of the text.
PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN move one screenful closer to
the beginning and end, respectively, of the text.
Press ESCAPE to return to the Statutes Menu.


To select a Statute:

a. Use the cursor movement keys to highlight a statute
name. UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW move up and down,
respectively, in the list. HOME (or LEFT ARROW)
moves to the beginning of the list. END (or RIGHT
ARROW) moves to the end of the list.


b. Press the RETURN key. This will replace the Statutes
Menu with a Statute Window.


To go back to the Main Menu:
Press the ESCAPE key.




II. From a Statute window, you may do four things:

Review the statute
Go back to the Statutes Menu
Go back to the Program Main Menu
Quit the program completely to DOS


To Review a Statute:

UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW move up and down,
respectively, in the text. HOME (or LEFT ARROW)
moves to the beginning of the text. END (or RIGHT
ARROW) moves to the end of the text. PAGE UP and
PAGE DOWN move one screenful closer to the beginning
or end, respectively, of the text.


To go back to the Statutes Menu:
Press the ESCAPE key.


To go back to the Program Main Menu:
Press the M or m key.


To quit the program completely to DOS:
Press the X or x key.

  2. This is so awesome! 😀 I’d be cool if you could download an entire archive of this at once, though.
