Hangup does what the name implies, hangs up the phone.
It does this by dropping Data Terminal Ready (DTR) and
Request To Send (RTS) plus it turns off interrupts to
the port. It is intended for use in batchfiles.
Hangup can be used for COM1 - COM4. The default port is
COM1. To use it on another port, enter HANGUP x where x
is the port number (1 - 4).
Hangup is donated to the Public Domain. Use it freely
and AT YOUR OWN RISK.
