If you are a BBS System Operator, please read the following :


COMMENTS is a program made available to the public through the
Shareware concept. You are therefore free to add it to the selection
of programs you offer to your users as long as you respect the
following conditions.

- The following files must be distributed together as a single package.

COMMENTS.EXE - The actual program
COMMENTS.DOC - The documentation file for COMMENTS
PRINTDOC.BAS - A listing that will allow the user to print the
documentation file in a certain format
BOXES .BAK - The original version of a demo listing
BOXES .BAS - The demo listing
BOXES .STR - Part of the demo listing
REGISTER.FRM - Registration form to be used by the user
README - Start-up file indicating how to start using the
program
RETAILER.DOC - Text file intended for Shareware Distributors
BBSSYSOP.DOC - Text file intended for BBS's System Operators

- None of these files can be modified in any way.

- We suggest that you use the following description in your list of
available files :

COMMENTS - The QuickBASIC comments adding utility

COMMENTS documents any QuickBASIC source code listing by analyzing
and adding useful information to it, such as list of variables used,
parameters, constants, TYPE structures, description, requirements,
and module level declarations required by the program. Also writes
the complete structure of the listing to a separate file. Makes a
backup copy - does not modify the original code.

- The keywords we suggest for quick find operations are :

BASIC QUICKBASIC PROGRAMMING STRUCTURE

- You must not charge a fee for the program itself, but you are, of
course, permitted to charge an appropriate fee for membership of
your board.

- If you received the files in an uncompressed form, or under a different
name, we ask that you compress them all together with PKZIP and give
the compressed file the name QBCMNT12.ZIP. This will help avoid finding
the same program under different names as it is currently available on
different BBS's and through many Shareware Distributors.

- If you do not have all the files, please contact us so we can upload or
send you a complete package.

We would appreciate it if you sent us a note with your BBS phone number
or address so we may send you the updates to our program as they become
available.

Comments or suggestions that could help us improve our product, therefore
helping you to offer a better product to the users of your board are
