A copy of the PROGRAM compiled under PDQ is included to show you
the difference in how PDQ passes the command line--it doesn't
capitalize the command$ like QB does.
Try the following command line to see the effect:
PARSECMD /FMYFILE.EXT /C /Fothrfile.ext /fbadinfo.ext
