It allows you to manage the structure of an access database under VB,
without having to own access. You can Add/Delete and Change Tables, Fields,
References, Indexes and Query's. You can reorginize your database, even change
the type and/or size of a field. This program will allow you to define a real
relational database using all the power of the access-jet engine MS delivered
with VB 3.0, it even prints your DDL in a profesional way.
Also the decription of your fields and tables etc. is managed by charlie. You
can add / change etc. and print this information.
The files in this archive comprise release 2.1 of the Charlie data manager
