Welcome to issue #2 of Basically Visual Magazine.

Thanks to Mark Wisecarver, we now have a launcher that can be used to
start the magazine. Copy all the files to your windows directory, start
Windows, select RUN from the file menu pulldown. The program you want to
run is BVMAG.EXE. That's it. You'll know what to do from here.

This archive only contains the Windows help version. Contact your
local BV Magazine outlet for the print versions if required.
