BASIC Deluxe Object code License Agreement

This object code license agreement is being provided to you before you
open this sealed diskette package. Once you open this diskette package,
you have agreed to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Therefore, if you do not wish to agree to all the terms and conditions
of this agreement, you must return the UNOPENED diskette package within
thirty(30) days of your purchase thereof, with your sales slip,
whereupon your money will be refunded.

Gustavo Horacio Verdun ("GHV") hereby grants to the person ("Customer")
who is purchasing the enclosed diskette a license to the object code
("Object Programs") of the BASIC Deluxe ("BASDLX") library of routines.

The Object Programs are protected by the United States copyright law.
Therefore the Customer must treat the Object programs just like a book,
with the following exception: GHV authorizes the Customer to copy the
Object Programs for the soul purpose of backing-up the programs and
protecting the Customer's investment from loss.

By saying "just like a book" GHV means, for example, that the Object
Programs may be used by any number of people and may be freely MOVED

from one computer workstation to another, so long as there is no

possibility of them being used at one computer workstation while they
possibility
are being used at another. Just as a book can't be read by two
different people in two different places at the same time, neither can
the Object Programs be used by two different people in two different
places at the same time. (Unless the copyright has been violated.) The
following exception applies only to the Object Programs: The Customer
may keep as many copies of Object Programs and use them concurrently on
as many computer workstations as long as the Object Programs are placed
in a link or run time library and the actual Object Programs may not be
available on more than one machine. (This would have the respective
example of: photo copying a book for personal, non-profit use.)

The Customer may use the Object Programs to support the BASDLX library.
This means that the Customer may include the Object Programs in the
Customer's own development copies of BASIC-based programs but, the
Customer may ONLY distribute copies of them in executable form. The
Object Programs may only be distributed when, linked with the
Customer's BASIC program or, placed inside a link or run time library.
This does not restrict the Customer from distributing the Customer's
own BASIC source code. The Customer may distribute the above mentioned
Object Programs in the above mentioned form only when together with the
Customer's program(s). Also, The Customer may not include, nor make
available, any documentation describing but not limited to, the use and
applications of the distributed routines created from the Object
Programs.




















The Customer may not modify the BASDLX Object Programs.

All rights not specifically granted in this license is reserved by GHV.


LIMITED WARRANTY
LIMITED WARRANTY

GHV warrants the diskette to be free of defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
In the event GHV receives written notice from the Customer of defects
in materials and workmanship within such 30-day period, GHV will
replace the defective diskette.

The remedy for breach of this limited warranty shall be limited solely
to replacement of the diskettes and shall not include any other
damages. GHV will not be held liable for the consequential, special,
GHV will not be held liable for the consequential, special,
indirect, or other similar damages or claims, including loss of profits

or any other commercial damage, even if GHV has been advised of the
possibility of such damage, and in no event will GHV's liability for
any damages to the Customer or any other person exceed the price paid
