API Helper 3.0

All rights reserved.
API Helper 3.0 has been updated to fix a few minor errors in its API
references, and now includes FULL references to the hard-to-come-by
Windows 3.1 multimedia library, MMSYSTEM.DLL! Slight changes have
been made to the executable as well, such that using the updated
data files with a previous version's executable is not advised.
VBRUN200.DLL is required but not included. All other libraries are
included, however.
You may use API Helper 3.0 without charge, yet it is NOT released
into the Public Domain. The author is not responsible for errors
in the API references, or anything else, for that matter. If you
use it, you take full responsibility for everything.
That being said, let me add that I've worked hard to erradicate
errors in my sources (mostly the infamous WIN31API.TXT) and feel
99.9999% confident of API Helper's accuracy. If you DO find an error,
I'd appreciate a message via Compuserve mail. Enjoy...
