Turbo Debugger 1.0 patches

This archive has the following batch files to fix two problems
in Turbo Debugger 1.0. Note, you will need to get patch program
located in the file PATCH.ARC in LIB 5 on BprogB.

PATTD386.BAT - fixes a bug that caused TD386.EXE to hang some '386s
if the ENTER key was held down too long and a problem that TD386 had
initializing the interrupt controller.

PATTDH.BAT - fixes a bug in TDH386.SYS that deactivates Ctrl-Break
when your program is reloaded.
