README.DOC for MOTOASMS.ARC 1989-9-24

MOTOASMS.ARC contains:

AS*.EXE Motorola's freeware assemblers for several
Motorola microcontrollers; the digit(s)
following AS in the file name indicate which
controllers the assembler is for

ASEMBLER.DOC A document for users familiar with
Motorola's development systems; describes
differences and similarities encountered
when switching to the freeware assemblers

STOBIN.* A "quick and dirty" program for converting
the output from the assemblers into binary;
with source code and brief documentation

For good documentation on the freeware assemblers,
download ASREF.ARC; imagine Karl Malden saying "don't
program without it."
