This program is used to re-vector IRQ 2 for the following situation:
(1) LAN card is set to IRQ 2, (2) computer is an "AT" type, and
(3) a program that traps all interrupts (such as DESQview) will be used.
Using this program MAY NOT BE APPLICABLE in all cases where the above is
true, so do not use unless you experience problems. To use, run

IRQ2REV 1

after NWSTART.
