This is what I've been able to figure out by looking at the executable:
DESQview switches, documented and otherwise:
Switches may be given with either two-letter abbreviation
or with the full name.
/NS NOSETUP 2.00 2.01 2.22
/OK OLDKEYBOARD 2.00 2.01 2.22
/EE GENERICEEM 2.01 2.22
/RP RAMPAGE 2.01 2.22
/DT DOSTERM 2.00 2.01 2.22

/X EXCLUDE don't use a specific block when
loading DV into high memory?
/F FILE load DV from specified file
/F=d:\path\DV.EXE
/L LIST list the memory areas used
