SYNOPSIS
HCFLI will make 32,768 color (HiColor) FLI animations, from a
series of 15,16 or 24 bit Targa(tm) images. These animations
may be played with the HCPLAY HiColor FLI player.

This is so awesome! 😀 I’d be cool if you could download an entire archive of this at once, though.
