This archive includes the program quickfli.exe and the animation
clown.fli. To run type:
quickfli clown.fli

The clown animation was done by Tom Hudson using some top secret software
he's working on.

    But one thing that puzzles me is the “mtswslnkmcjklsdlsbdmMICROSOFT” string. There is an article about it here. It is definitely worth a read: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/mtswslnk/
