The following errors were corrected in the Fifth Printing. To see if
your copy is one of the first four printings, turn to the copyright
page---the one with the Library of Congress cataloging information, on
the back of the title page. If the fifth line on that page begins
``that, as of August 27, 1985'', then your copy is from the first four
printings.
